Shipping 

All orders are shipped from our office in Brisbane, Australia. Our shipping is done at the following rates:  

Domestic Parcel Post - FREE 

  • Same state: 2–5 business days
  • Interstate (metro to metro): 3–6 business days

Domestic Express Post ($14) 

  • Same state: 1-3 business days 
  • Interstate (metro to metro): 2-3 business days

International Standard Post - FREE 

International Express Post - $35 

If you are having an issue with your tracking, we recommend that you contact the carrier included on your shipping email before contacting us. Should you still need help, please contact us via hello@bunx.net or via our contact form

We do not currently offer local pick-up. 

Returns 

At Bunx we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied, we will accept returns of unworn items on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase. Please refer to the below for details on our policy and the process of returning your items.

We’re a growing small business and processing returns is an expensive process. Due to this, we unfortunately can’t accept returns due to change of mind at this point in time. If for some reason your product arrived damaged then please reach out but other than that all sales are final.

We quality check every item but understand that some things can fall through the cracks. Please note that tarnishing and general wear and tear is not considered a fault and we will not accept returns based on this. Please consult our Care Guide so that you can get the best results from your Bunx products.

Return Policy

  • All sales are final. We will not accept returns due to change of mind
  • We will accept returns if your Bunx item has a visible fault (shown via a photograph)
  • We will refund your item if returned within 30 business days of purchase, not including shipping charges
  • Items purchased during flash sales are not eligible for a refund 
  • Bunx will not refund shipping costs for refunded items
  • We reserve the right to deny unreasonable returns and exchanges
  • Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged due to safety regulations
  • Tarnishing occurs when our jewellery comes into contact with water and/or chemicals and is therefore not considered a fault
  • Bunx is not responsible for personal damage, wear and tear to any of our products
  • We do not process exchanges. If you’d like to return an item and receive another, the original item must be returned under the same terms as a standard return and a new order must be placed through our website 
  • Refunded items must be returned unworn in their original packaging 
  • All returns are subject to inspection before a refund is processed 
  • Returned items that do not pass inspection or are damaged/lost in transit back to us may not be refunded 
  • We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order
